Guard IV

Has anyone done any parcing with a Guard IV aug? I was curious if this would be a good DoN aug to prevent my pussy from getting a good beating.



Specifically does it stack with the Combat Stability line of mitigation. I'm actually surprised there is no sticky. Sure seems like a good aug to get to absorb incoming melee attacks.

Note that it is a proc, and uses a buff slot. It is not a worn effect that is always on. For 5% melee mitigation, it probably isn't useful to most shaman on a regular basis. I've never parsed it but I assume that as a buff, yes it will stack with AA mitigation.

Are you sure this uses a buff slot. My 70 BL has this and I have never seen a strange buff appear in a spare slot??
