Hey all, I'm coming back to EQ after a 6 month break, and decided I wanted to re-roll a shammy. I have a 70 druid, a 65 warrior, and a 52 sk I can 3-box to farm some gear, but because of my abscence, I'm not really up to date with DoD and all. Any suggestions on what I could farm? Oh ya... is fungi still a viable option since I'm going to be starting from scrath? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance

If you have a 70 Druid to cast regen and damage shield, why would you care about a fungi? There's plenty of advice here on what race/diety to select, what aas to get... but pre-60s - especially with that sort of a setup - the gear doesn't really matter; just get some mana pres.

Unless I'm mistaken, the highest regen pre-49 is +15hp/tick, and with fungi that would make it a whopping 30hp/tick...sure would make life a lot easier**shrug** I guess it probably won't matter post 60 anyhow.
So basically, you're reccomending that I PL to 60 then come back then for a gear check?

It all really depends on how fast and far you are taking this char.. if you are going to be pling to 65 as fast as you can, then you should get GM DOn armor, and not worry about the lower stuff wear whatever. Use the trio to farm money, cause it will cost a fair bit.

I am basing my information of the Sony Knowledge Base which claims to list "current updated information" with regards to level hotspots.
It would not shock me if it was out of date or wrong, but as far as I know it is the closest thing to an official source of hotspot information that we have.
