Is it me or is it hard not to go over Avoidance cap while getting to cap on some others (stun) seems more difficult. Not sure if this an itemization issue, but seeing that effects like these keep going up every expansion, are people capping them all w/o much issues?

Stun resist does seem to be harder to cap to me than avoidance imo. Druids apparently have Avoidance coming out their ears, compensates for the lower AC on leather I guess.

The relative difficulties of capping each mod are opposed (I don't want to say balanced) by the focus situation. A fully functional shaman needs 11, and can use up to 15 focus effects, and additionally benefit highly from +cfx.
You left worn haste off the melee list, btw. It's the first and highest functioning melee focus in game.

personally i dont see stun sheilding having that much of an effect, i arely get the "shook off stun effects" message. i dont remember seeing it at all when doing ToB clearing and all the damned vampires and trees are AEing stuns. I have cleared inner seru 30+ times and can proabably countt he times i shook off a stun on 1 hand (the pallies cast an 18 sec stun).

PoTime P5 legging--
Leather: 25 avoidance.
Chain: 10 avoidance 2% shielding.
Plate: 4% shielding.
For awhile they used a similar model for determining mods on archetypical armor.
