Gear Plan/Help: Starting to raid Demiplane

Fellow shamans,

Well we just started raiding Demi plane of blood and just like christmas it is time to start looking at new gear.

OUR SCHEDULE OF RAIDING INCLUDES ANGUISH, TACVI, DON DRAGONS, DEMIPLANE PROGRESSION, AND POR PROGRESSION.


I would like to know what gear is available for the raiding shaman in here.??
what gear i should get first???
What focus effect i need to get ??

PS > i have obtained Elaborate Wrist and have been working on tradeskill for the following last bloods;

1. Last Blood of the Arcanist
2. Last Blood of the Healer

Can any other fello shaman tell me what last blood i need to get beside the one i have listed.
