Yeah, I kinda had the same feeling. For all the hooplah regarding SoF gear, I'm really haven't seen anything yet that I would actually wear. I'd pass on this piece for the same reason i passed on the Praetorian BP. I like the 15 avoid on the Spirit-Seared.

I know, Im a complete slacker when it comes to gear. I dont ever ask for help to get anything, so I usually try to find things that are soloable. Ive put all the decent (for me) augs Ive found in other slots because I keep telling myself I'll upgrade soon =)

At least Im down to just the BP and boots being under 100hp - I was still using a ring of spellcraft (75ish hp?) until about a week ago when I decided to camp that blob in Atiiki.

Anyways - Im sure to get some upgrades all over eventually, Im just not in that much of a rush - I like knowing I have tons to do in my favorite mmo of all time!

Broad, low bases of mods make gear more easily replaced. In some cases it'll be a hard adjustment from the 5 & 8% of one mod only per piece model favored through DoD, but it's better in the long run I think.
