If I remember correctly the base focus amount in SOF was raised from 30 to 35%, so it should simply be a 35% focus for poison based spells.

Some more focus effects I have turned up:
Raid: Soulbleeder's Tenacity III -- 25% Detrimental Duration increase to 80
Raid: Envenoming Toxin IV -- 60% Poison damage improvement to 80
Raid: Prismatic Revival VII -- 70% Healing improvement to 80
