I've conned it and you can, too. Create any new character, Truespirit NPCs (lesser spirit, Bondl, etc) will con indifferent if you're a Shaman, apprehensive if you're not, religion and race won't make a difference. Exceptions are Beastlord and Berserker who con indifferent (standard base con) because those classes were introduced well after the Shaman epic quest was created. Anyone in those 3 classes can run through and MQ a shaman epic without spell-based faction tricks. Epic quests for some other classes such as Wizard and SK also make use of Truespirit faction, but they still start off apprehensive.
