Gear Check Pls

My main is an 80 SK I have a 80 Shaman who gear has been gotten rather haphazardly. Because I am clueless about what I should be upgrading her with, if it has more Mana/HP and no one else in the guild wants it, ill get it for her. I would like to be a little more pro-active in her gear upgrades. A little about my guild and play style. Current we are farming CoA (close to being done) We have broken into demi and we are working on PoR progresion. I have a core group of ppl that I group with on our off days. On raids Cinymin is mostly used for spot heals and Dot/DPS. In groups/duoing she is used to heal/slow/DPS. Only TS I have of note is Smithing at 240ish on the SK (Human). I have very little pp.

Ok now for my questions, I apologize if these are answered else where on the forums. I suck at the internet.

What stat or stats should I focus on? For my SK I know that AC is king and keeping my Shield/avoidance cap are important.
Given where my guild is progression wise, with Bazus and LB seals would cultural be worth the time and effort to get. I think the focus on those seals starts to degrade after lvl 70. Or should i focus on getting Alloy-Linked and cores?
What focus effects should I focus on?

Edited my above post with information now Lucy/Ala's is back up.

Made a magelo of this stuff. I'll tell you, the stuff is damn good. Hell, it's better than my gear, minus a few focus effects. The amount of time you'll need to make this is probably beyond compare, but hell, it's better than most/all the shaman on the Tribunal server.

For some reason, the alt profile kept showing up as my main profile, so I recreated (and updated the augments to a more sensible grouping) a different profile. Can you change the link in the best groupable page you put my original magelo on Sam? Thanks. It's so hard to believe how damned good this group geared shaman is. Heck, he's probably better than most shaman out there gearwise (and AA's since he's maxxed out ). I would hate to see just how long this guy would take to put together. It looks painful and I've not even started half the stuff he has.

And if you're going to use "mini-raid" stuff like the disc of the dragon kind, then you might as well throw in BiC (groupable to 60 hp, 2-3 groupable to 100 hp/140 mana)

If you have anyone able to trigger the sullon zek raids, the blood-fueled augs from trash there is pretty hot. 150hp/175mana and 175hp/150mana.
