Focus Effects

Hello all

Im returning to the game from several years on hiatus annd I'm just a touch overwhelmed with the armor, AA, Spells, and focus effects..it's all more complicated than my job!

Could anyone be so kind as to point me in direction for some critical DoT , haste focus and duration focus items?

Im currently just under 82, AAing, with 650ish spent.

looking for stuff post GoD i can both camp solo and stuff i can group with some solid current raid geared friends

For the last several expansions, each focus effect comes primarily (or only) in one slot, so upgrading that slot also upgrades that focus. It's not a constant chore to juggle focus effects anymore.

Question, as i still had a small bit of confusion with the focus chart. Does the helm magic focus affect mojo/pocus? I swore it was, but someone else told me it was instant hp ie DD only

All foci affect both, dots and dd now. As a Shm you might want to look for wrists for poison/disease and head for magic, if you use curse dots often. Hands cover cold focus but I almost never use cold dds, while others do.

I still wished they would switch the entire disease line to cold dots.
