Briefly:

GoD: yeah, leave it alone unless raiding; while there is group content, it's been surpassed.

OoW: as a non-raiding player, you will probably want some quested OoW armor; you may want the resist cap increases and loots from MPG Group Trials; and you will probably want the XP and the 4x70 and 4x65 HP augs, and possibly the dropped bracer and chest pieces.

DoN: I still do mission runs regularly for the XP and for the crystals to upgrade my last few 40 HP augs into 50s.

DoD: some loots will be upgrades (some are still to me, after 10 months of serious raiding); plus, those numbered missions (ex: 70.1/2/3/4/5) are the progression paths to get your spells of those (ex: 70) levels; the lettered ones (ex: SD.1/2/3/4/5) do not return spells, but can still lead towards clicky rewards as well as return loots.

DoD: see DoD; some people insist on emphasizing the Depths of Darkhollow for some unknown reason.

MMs: I guess they serve a purpose; I don't find them attractive really. I want to play the toon I have been developing for many years.
