Ally is not enough to get Wraithguard Vengeance. So either you need Max Ally, or some other task/flag to get it done. I doubt it is the latter, since I've completed every other task currently avaliable to me (Except Shade's Bane, but that one gives Leadership faction, so I doubt that's it.)

hrhr guys - the third quest is not on Wraithguard faction - the NPC is on Wraithguard Leadership faction - that's a different faction - you can raise it with the page quest ( random drops of gnolls in steppe).
as this quest is to raise your faction and he will give you further tasks - I guess you don't need ally to him - guess indiff will be sufficient.

ok having a bored lvl 36 berserker I have done all the CR(to lvl 36 as there are lots of high end quests here too) moores and a few of the stone hive quests.
I will write them down and post them all here

Any way to further distinguish the Progression vs Non Progression tasks on the TSS Checklist and Walkthroughs. The information there is awesome, just difficult to view the slight color difference between the two.
