I've started the big AA push for the next expansion. Personally, I love having 30 AAs saved up so I can buy something new and fun right away!

its always fun to be able to have the new abilities the moment you can, but I won't stress myself over it, sure I'll bank some AAs, try for 30 without temptation pulling me in other directions.

try for 30, but don't be surprised if you can't hold on to them for that long

Still missing way to many AA's to be banking too many for an expansion. I will try to save some up for this one though but I doubt i will get there...damn temptation.

I only banked like 10 aa's for OoW but i'm at the point where i'm starting buying crap aa's so i'll rather bank em.

Yeah maybe i should start banking some, since im putting AAs in stupid stuff right now, so thanks for the heads up on the AAs

due to my low play time for 9 of the last 12 months I've been behind my AA goals, but i'm only just now catching up to where I want to be. I belive when i finish respladent cure 3 in another 3 AA i'll have every OOW aa that I need. I'm hoping to have at least 20 saved for DOD but getting xp on my server is rediculously hard due to lack of people, and I hate solo.

currently I'm just working on regular exp, but I know as far as future expansions are concerned I'd definately like to have maybe 6 AAs saved up so I could at least try out one new fun AA. Other than that I'd probably still worked on older AAs which are more important

In a similar boat as Sam is, tempted to get PA just to save the hassle of buffing fluffy. Completely off topic, I tried setting up a bank of hotkeys to target my pet mafia for panther, but it wouldn't let me cast it on them as they weren't in my party. Is this new, broken or it's never worked?

i hit up my swarm pet with a panther last night just fine...maybe you accidentally targeted somethig else...dunno

PA rocks, dogdog has never been happier, and he lives much longer now with BBB and HoC, as wll as hits better with ranger buffs. plus i can get a fully buffed pet while my raid buffs, suspend him, and save him for after raid XPing. just get it, still have 3 weeks to save 30 aa, and hell, they havent even came out with an aa list yet

i will have 30 banked,since i got innate charisma,innate str and pack rat ,ect. maxed
i even got my hastened rabidity (to shorten the recast of rabid bear),i got it at my 1100 aa or so

Got 29 banked and finished off Discordant Defiance, back to 19 banked!

I probably SHOULD have bought several other AA's before i even thought about any of the pet AA's, but i found that of all the AA's i've got, none were a waste, and i'm very happy with the results of them, i agree that /pet no cast is a slap in the face to us though, i havent bought it and probably wont, i just dont see the purpose of this AA, for shaman atleast, if i dont want the pet to cast...guess what...i wont give it panther =P

Pet hold and focus were a great buy however, its great for pet pulling, especially since with pet focus you can chain pull while 1 mob is still alive, whereas w/o pet focus, your pet will simply attack the mob in camp when told to attack the new target you try to pull.
I cant begin to tell you guys how much mana i've saved and how much PA has helped dogdog stay alive, the nice thing about this is that for the raiding shaman that has a pet on raids (personally i normally pocket it on raids anyways), but this allowes the pet to get healed by group heals (instant also as far as i've seen) and HoT's from group heals and MGB heals, ancestral aid and even 1.5 click.
It is kind of funny however running through PoK to see "Your pets Chorus of Marr spell has worn off" hehe. Persistant minion was very nice aswell, however i wish they would change this to allow you to keep your pet when you camp with out having to suspend, i normally forget to suspend dogdog before I camp and therfore loose him when i log back in =(

My shammy is only in the 250ish AA range, and i still have more to get (need to finish off last rank of adv healing adept and adept mastery 1-3 soon, quick buff, Ancestral aid 2 and 3, and a few others, preferably defense, oh yeah and delay death 1-5) But seriously thinking about actually banking up some AA's for this expansion, especially if we see some canni upgrades.

Ah, maybe it's the reverse tic that's messing me up. I'll have to try it, thanks for the tip. I remember you posting something about it some time back on the Crucible, tried it and was irritated.
