Cannibalize

It says on my spell list that canni 3 uses zero mana, but my mana dips down every time I cannibalize. Is this normal or am I bugged? It seems that ooc regen fills my bar faster than cannibalizing...that can't be right ;p

Ooc regen does fill your mana bar up faster than the ol' canni dance. (I am noticing almost 200 mana/tick compared to Cannibalize IV's 80 something.)

However, if you are on a mount you can just sit there and spam Cannibalize and never got out of resting state. The only thing that wil bring you out of rest is movement or getting on a mob's hate list. It's yet another reason to shell out the 7,000 pp for the tan rope horsey.

HP is similarly bugged when you have a HoT on you while resting. Your HP goes up a bunch, then it drops a little, then it goes up a bunch, etc.
