Confused about some SOF Rk3 spells

I know I see posted that I need two raids and 5 group tasks to buy from this npc is this still true?

I -think- that all the rank3 spells are now on the same vendors as their rank2 counterparts, which would mean that cougar would be on fangbreakers now.

Don't quote me on that though.

Not sure of his name but Talisman of the Cougar Rk. 3 is sold by the elite vendor at Fangbreaker camp. To unlock elite vendor you need to have ally faction and do these missions:


The Bloodmoon Tribe
Walking into Spider Webs
Bronzebeard's Fate
The Departed
The Dark Crystals
Moonfang
The Broodmother


a couple of which are 12 person raids in BMK
