On the spell Languor

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know the % of slow for the languor trigger? And does it stack with our Turgur's?
I dont know if there has already been a post somewhere, but i just couldn't find much info on this spell..
Just dinged 77 yesterday and had a try on this spell on myself. Not bad, the HoT proc quite often... just that i find the duration a bit too short... hehe.

It doesn't "stack" with turgur's though you will see it on the mob at the same time. The highest slow will always take effect. So if the mob has langour and turgur's, turgurs will be the one that is in effect.

No idea the percentage myself, and can't tell from looking at the raw data on lucy, just makes my head hurt

The languor proc slow is 1/3 of the slow from Turgurs. You should see it as a preslow which helps to reduce incoming damage on the Tank while you are casting the "real" slow.
If you (or the tank) are lucky the tank will also get the additional hot-procc which further helps to mitigate incoming damage.
Once Turgurs landed, the Turgurs slow will count, only the biggest of all slows on the mob is aktive. There is no stacking of slows.

And for those, like me, who are bad at math sometimes, "1/3rd of the slow of Turgur's" is 25% slow. So about as good as the level 5 "Drowsy"

i like it for agro when im three boxing lets me neglect pally a little and with the hot from that and ward of tunare going as well as the aa that gives us chance to crit hot's (and yes that includes langour and wot) my pally does very well tanking 2k hitters without much trouble at 75 with just shaman healing.
