2 questions

1) First Spire
does it work :
- for dots started before the AA (and of course running when the AA is ON) ?
- for dots started when the AA is ON and stopping when the AA is OFF ?
- for dots started when the AA is ON, and for the full duration of the dot, even if the AA is OFF ?

2) Cascade of Life
Does it goes off often ? I finished Healing Adept, but I hesitate between Healing Gift and Cascade of Life

Cascade isn't all too impressive honestly. Like Brohg said, it's about an 800ish extra blast heal after your heal lands; you will see two healing messages 1 for the actual heal you cast and 1 for the extra from cascade. Both components, the actual heal and the cascade, can both crit which is nice. Also, it appears it can go off either all beneficial spells or just a few other ones besides heals themselves. If you have yourself targeted and use Canni, the spell version, there's a possibility you will be healed by cascade.

As I finished Healing Gift, I shall do Cascade now, it is always extra healing, nice if it crits and if it adds the ~100 heal bonus I have !
