My wife plays a 70 monk and we duoed in WOS a bit. When I casted sloth on her she seemed to keep aggro better than if she did not have it. It seems there is some aggro generation there and oh man does the person you cast this on get the slow spam messages.

Cast it on a Tank we don't like and annoy them with spam.
Personally I liked it better when it killed them.
