Betherium Bark is the 'power control' herb for VII potions, it's still Yellow Rheum as part of the 'effect' -- the Effect is determined as Herb1 + Herb2 + 2x Herb3, not just Herb1 + 2x Herb2 as the matrices currently state.
Also, he real key to determining the size of the herb is to see the price of it. For Suspensions, the 'effect' herbs cost 1cp for the level I-II potions, 5cp for the level III-VI, 1g4c for the level VII-IX. I -think- the level X uses the largest size but I haven't made any X throwables yet.
I've , but I haven't yet corrected to deal with the 'Darkness' series - there are only 3 levels of Darkness potions, and they correspond to the pattern for the II-III-IV potions.
