is the buff effect for Second Chance tribute. Cure + Invulnerability + HoT; lasts up to a minute with buff extensions.
I thought it wasn't ever triggering for me either until I read this thread haha. I thought Second Chance was a form of Divine Intervention, but instead it's a buff. It has saved my bacon a few times, I just didn't know where it was coming from, thought it was a cleric AA or something. Handy.

I burnt over 200K on this tribute and never saw it go off a single time. Perhaps it was broken at the start when I was using it and then fixed (silently) in some patch or other.
