HoT Lay on Hands

HoT has added some additional levels of Lay on Hands, I have stopped using lay on hands and switched to Gift of Life as it healed for the same amount.

My question is that does Gift of Life improve with the purchase of the HoT lay on hands levels??

Is lay on hands a fixed value or is it effected by AA's/Focus etc?

If so I will buy one level and see if it effects the Gift of Life AA.
