Posted: Wed Feb 22, 2006 2:17 pmwell, not everyone will get a 15% mod....not like its free. everyone is getting the same item for accomplishing the same task, so its not unfair. and some people just aren't going to bother with it...
honestly, I think its more right to earn a tradeskill mod from tradeskilling rather than raiding...

In reallity, it will probly be harder to tradeskill your way from the level 6 to the level 7 then to get a group of friends together and do a few mobs.
