Riftseeker's Basement
Posted: Tue Oct 11, 2005 3:27 pmI've been hunting in the basement of Riftseeker's for 20ac augs for my brother on and off for awhile now. We did another grind there over the weekend for the first time since very early September. Some of the Gelidran trash mobs down there (not all) used to randomly use to mezz us, but we never really had any problems burning them down. This weekend EVERY single gelidran was doing it, and they were doing it on inc, and doing it every 30 seconds. I recalled it always being fairly hard to resist (lucy confirms it as -400 cr) but not going off as consistantly as it was this weekend.
So I looked it up on Lucy again and there seems to have been a change to the spell in early September. Whatever it is... it's now kicking our ass. It's like fighting the named Pyrilian mobs upstairs on every trash mob. Is anyone else having this problem? How are you combating it?
