This task is given when killing certain types of monsters within Sverag. The person who gets the killshot will be given the task popup, where they may chose Normal or Hard version. The rest of the group will then get a "Enter Task popup" where they can indicate whether they would like to enter the mission, or not. If you decline to enter, it nags you every 3 minutes or so with the popup until you enter or leave the task.
