It is a rough appoximation based on existing parses I have done that Hand of Ro + Sun's Corana decrease a mobs dps by roughly 15%.

I am looking for a way to calucate how much damage would be done during that time frame (whatever the parse duration is) by removing whatever percentage of hits wouldn't have occured due to the mob being partially slowed.

Something I always wondered about.
I heard from other classes that although I get a mitigation message they do not. So is this correct that they must be slowing for full effect and of course mine is being mitigated. I would guess there are a couple of ways this could be happening. First the mob has a max slow allowed. Say mob X can only be slowed to a max 50%. Then Tugurs or anything higher would be mitigated to 50%, but any spell with a lower % would not, say Tigir's would land at full effect. Then based on some ratio I get the Mostly, Partially, or Slightly message, so for this mob 50/75 = Mostly, but I have no idea if that is correct.
The other way I think would be more complicated and definitely be harder to prove. Each mob has an assigned percentage to mitigate and min slow allowed. So mob Y mitigates 60% of any slow and min slow of 30%. So Tugurs would be mitigated to 45% (75*.6). But any slow of 30% or lower would land full.
Is any of this correct or am I way off in my understanding of mitigation?

What's the phrase from The Matrix? "It'll really bake your noodle when" you reallize that there are never any mitigation messages for -atk Never any monsters that are flat immune to it, either. And check out those mana costs: 352 for the two best, almost exactly the same as Balance. With neg200 on one, and neg72 on the other. Two spells, the first very hard to resist, the second getting Neg 72? Sounds like someone used a MaloX to me. Dps reduction from those two spells... and AC debuff of 34, also? Hehehe

The mobs that are immune to it, are the mobs which are immune to fire.

Mobs with very low DI it doesn't shave a whole lot of damage off. Mobs with moderate to Upper DI (common) it becomes very noticable. The Giants in Dev have DI 81, so the damage decrease becomes apparent far easier then on a mob with DI 5.

I was looking more for how, if at all, the hit distrubtion changes under cripple.

Also, if a mob it hitting you 17 minutes, you'll notice something. -attack parses show trend in less then 4.
