EQ Hijacks my comp?!

Hello All,

I've noticed lately that once I run EQ on my system I can't connect to the net in any other way... Firefox, Chrome, IE. I used to be able to alt-tab out and check websites for info, no longer! Even after I shut down EQ I get a connection error message in my browser. To get a connection I need to do a total reboot. Any ideas on what might be going on? I am running XP on a cable modem, no router, firewall isn't the issue, no change in config from when I was able to connect.

I know the malware that is on my system... it is EQ lol. It only happens when I run EQ. My comp is malware free, I have Spyware Doctor running... but thanks for trying.

I would seriously run some other checks on your system if this is happening.

I run EQ and multiple other programs all at the same time without issue. It is very rare that I don't have at least one browser window open if not 3 or 4...
