Very nice work Ceod!
One thing you need to correct is the Idol of Malos. You can get rid of it and recast as needed, don't have to wait for it to despawn. Target Idol, use the ability Remove Traps to kill it.

Most of the numbers I included are base numbers, without any focus effects, buff effects, etc... If someone wants to come up with more accurate maximums using Focus effects, etc... please do so. =)

Thanks! I was not aware of that! That will make things much easier. =)

Awesome Ceod, you dah man!! representing FV and all that such!
one thing i would add is that Malos has next to no aggro and can be cast real quick and not worry about stealing aggro from the tank. Back in the days when i was raiding shaman i tried to have malos on asap. but at the same time people need to be aware of how rampage list works.
go go ceod

All that crap about owning agro is off base. We don't need or want agro on raids. Slowing before agro is set is just dumb, let knights do what they do best, take and hold agro.
Spiritual channeling is one of our core raiding abilities now. Your chart on how long can you chain cast your heal should be adjusted to include channeling. When pressed a shaman with channeling can chain cast for more than 6 minutes, not 90 seconds.
Our shaman team just made a change, we're only MGBing Wunshi when buffs are called and TGBing the rest of our buffs. This leaves us with around 3 MGB AA's depending on attendence and all of us with Spiritual Channeling at our disposal. I think this is a good compromise.

Another way of looking at it...
Being full mana at the end of a fight could be considered a bad thing. If you don't burn through mana fast enough to necessitate the use of SC late in the fight then you're not using your spells to their maximum potential and probably spending to much time casting pained memory that you could be using to dot/nuke/etc.
I look at SC as yet another mana battery. I try to use it every boss encounter and feel that if I havn't expended it by the end, either the fight was to short or I was slacking.
