Question about buffing for Uqua

I've heard several different thoughts on how a shaman should properly buff the raid for Uqua. One side says to stick with our best spells, while others say to buff with the next lower buffs. We have been in Time weekly since May, with quite a bit of single group DoD gear, if that helps with where we are gear-wise. In addition, our raid leader stressed that Alcohol Tolerance was to be at least 150. The following is what I think is the pertinent info on the main 3 buffs we get asked for.

Talisman of the Diaku
5: Increase STR by 45
6: Increase DEX by 35

Talisman of Might
7: Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 5%

Focus of Soul/the Seventh
1: Increase Max Hitpoints by 544
2: Increase HP when cast by 544
4: Increase STR by 75
5: Increase DEX by 70
6: Stacking: Overwrite existing spell if slot 1 is effect 'STR' and < 75
7: Stacking: Overwrite existing spell if slot 1 is effect 'DEX' and < 70
8: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 1 is effect 'STR' and < 1075
9: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 1 is effect 'DEX' and < 1070

Talisman of the Wunshi
1: Increase Max Hitpoints by 680
2: Increase HP when cast by 680
4: Increase STR by 85
5: Increase DEX by 85
6: Stacking: Overwrite existing spell if slot 1 is effect 'STR' and < 85
7: Stacking: Overwrite existing spell if slot 1 is effect 'DEX' and < 85
8: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 1 is effect 'STR' and < 1085
9: Stacking: Block new spell if slot 1 is effect 'DEX' and < 1085
10: Increase Str Cap by 85
11: Increase Dex Cap by 85

Talisman of the Boar
1: Increase STA by 60

Talisman of Fortitude
1: Increase STA by 75
12: Increase Sta Cap by 40


Any advice (short of skipping Uqua altogether) would be most helpful. Please also state why you chose the method you did as well.

It makes no sense to go with sub-par buffs.

Use Wunshi, Fort and Sense.

Diaku is useful, but only if your really needing the strengh boost or have the room for it. Otherwise, skip it. Make people who want it send you tells.

Tribunal Can be useful, as both Rock Storm and Earth Wave are prismatic, and is handy on the Twins / Barxt. Its importance for trash clearing is largly based on what your people have for averaged resist scores.

People should really work on extra buff slots, or go without non-critical buffs (illusions, for example).

I found that I was putting diaku/pe on casters moreso than melee back when I did Uqua. We had casters that could barely walk from room to room hehe. Most melee were way over the STR cap though.

I remeber a few request for wrulan (agi) for AC, because it stacks with sense though.
