The Spirit Realm

I see this bug most frequently when people have different lockout timers and joe schmoe raiderA clicks on the instance gate/statue. For example, a raid of 48 people, 12 of whom are not locked out from Hatchet (while 36 are). Someone successfully triggers the instance but sometimes the 12 people with a different set of lockouts will appear (to themselves) to be in an entirely separate instance. If the bugged people check alt+z and have a smaller expedition than corresponds with the entire raid, I tell them to /dzquit and get a new /dzadd. That said, I have had it happen where the instance server was just overwhelmed (presumably) as no one could zone in for an extended period of time.
