New Raiding Guild

Hey folks, I just joined a newly formed guild that is looking to raid 3-4 days out of the week. Currently we are doing epic 1.5 raids, and the guild leader has asked us to post any raid events that we need...
My question is what content do we progress through?
Are numbers are few, approx 24-30
-light on healers
-heavy on melee
-bazaar/groupable gear toons
I thought about the Furious Jailor for an easy event, as its respawnable.... but as far as progression goes- do we do DoN? DoD? or should be go through Time flagging or GoD flagging process?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated....

Go farm circle of drakes. It requires only a handful of healers to do.

Gear up (as needed) through DoD, PoR, and DoN missions/miniraids, and buy gear with TBS currency and augs with DoN currency. RS for some augs. When suitably geared and AAd and focused/spellbooked, honestly, I'd just work through TSS and TBS and see how it goes. Maybe a few MPG raids for key pieces.
Are enough flagged for Anguish that you can gimp people in to loot flags? I wouldn't hit anything prior to TSS any more than needed - unless maybe melees need some super weapons or gear from prior expansions. But I wouldn't spend time flagging for GoD or PoP. Of course, I don't know anything about melee needs.

Not sure where Samanna's link for this chart went:
If you start from scratch you have plenty of options now-a-days. Go thru content in chronological order. Gear up in ToB/TSS/TBS -> jump to OOW. There are now ways to group gear just to below Anguish. But that won't teach you much raiding. Probably a good way to start would be to do 1.5 raids, DoN progression raids and then some easier targets like Chailak and Feratha. See how your guild can handle that, meanwhile gearing them up to TSS Tier2 gear level.
One of the problems you might face when you side step content - the only good warrior weapons drop in areas you skipped (Time/GoD) or you are not in yet (DoD+) So as you gear up they will have a harder and harder time to keep aggro.

There has been a decent discussion on what a 3 group raid force can do or attempt on the Druid boards.
Good luck to you.
