This might help: http://samanna.net/eq.general/tiers.shtml

Sounds to me like you lack direction and are sort of haphazardly hopping about expansions in search of targets that you can kill and drop upgrades. Try to re-focus your guild on two objectives.

First objective is guild level gear improvement, which can be challenging for part time raid guilds. Your core raiding force is likely well geared to handle the content you're in, your focus for gear improvement should be continued farming of targets until your weakest members are keeping up with your core raiders. Choose a number of targets you can farm and stick with them until stuff is rotting or going to bots/alts. If your weak members fall to far behind, they become a liability as you push for your second objective. It sounds like CoA is your best bang for your buck farm zone right now. You should be hitting it once a week like clockwork. Shyra, all 3 DoN dragons and all three Relic dragons (all are approximately the same difficulty) should be on this list too. Hammer these till the lowest members are wearing the best gear they can offer. Don't sweat your core on these raids, they will get taken care of as you work your second objective.

Second is progression. Select an expansion and focus your efforts on keying and the progression that it offers. Don't hop around and dillute your efforts. Each expansion has a magical place I call "candyland" at the end. When you get there, you get big upgrades for your time investment. If you're already farming CoA, then DoD is your next logical choice. Start taking a stab at Vule to learn the event. Schedule 3 attempts a week on one of the blood raids until you have the strat and just pound on it till you win a couple times. Keep your curses cleared and just learn the events. Once you have all 5 beaten, work out a schedule and knock them all down keeping your curses. Don't mess with PoR until you're farming T1 of Demi. As you improve your guild level gear these events will become easier and easier.

IF, you're working both of these objectives, you'll be attracting new membership too. People who are going places attract others. Your partial raid attendance problem will likely sort itself out if you're making progress.

/agree with Beafly with everything he said there.

Blood Events for DoD are not really hard its just knowing the right strat for your guild...

When I was raidleading last year, you could also try doing Pyrelord in Direwind as he is really easy and he drops demi level gear. Also drops 1 rk3 spell from tss.

The problem you might run into is becoming a farming guild. Farming Guilds that I've seen always have had thier problems keeping ahold of thier members, so push those new encounters a few times a week untill you get it, and keep everything positive.

Only other thing I might add is since you are doing the 3 lower DON Dragons start to give Vish a stab as well since nobody mentioned Vish.

Progresion
DoN
Make sure all are peeps are focusing on DoN Prog for the Raid AA's
Break up the raid into two 24man raids and farm
24man raids Circle of drakes
24man raids The Curse of Ju`rek
24man raids Rampaging Monolith

DoD mobs
I agree is next focus

OoW
6 MPG raids- have great loot can due all 6 in one night 6x2 = 12 loots a night
Start farming Aungish augs except right before Aungihs raid due to lockout. (start as smallraids then once all better greared only due them as single groups with 2boxers out side of group. need thoes AA's

GoD
flaging for Tacvi is a pain and can break a guild (but it has great raid gear)
But just getin that one more raid flaged wont' due it you then need like 4 more raids for a key to unlock a mob boss that is harder then heck just to get to Tacvi - Dont make the same mistack thing we did that Tacvi is just around the cornor.

Skipping content is never a good idea IMO. The joy of Everquest is in the JOURNEY...not the destination. I wouldn't trade my days of raiding Vex Thal or GoD or any other zone for anything. There's no hurry to get anywhere.

With our current levels you'll rip through GoD in short order, learn some skills and tactics along the way, see some interesting zones and your guild will be the better for it. Don't short change your EQ experience by skipping content. My opinion.

As you win more of the events the curse gets worse each time. Thats why once you have learnt the events the recommended path is hardest first down to easiest last. If you do clear the curses you only have to deal with the level 1 version of the curse on each event during the learning phase.
