Ok we ( knights ..I.E. Pallies and SHD's ) have been told our job is to "tie the cat up" until the raid kills Porthio.. We were told we can not keep him busy TOO close to Porthio cause the cat casts a nasty AE that we must keep off the raid. BUT the cat keeps mindwipping himself and snaps back by his masters side.. How do we do this?? We tried the bard spell to port mob back to his spawn point, BUT if that was once the answer it is not any more.. spell does not work.. Having an enchanter mindwipe the cat seems pointless cause it seems the cat does this himself.. The cat casts a nasty ae snare so it becomes hard to chase him down when he snaps back.. hehe Any ideas would be helpful...

Killing nightshade first is pretty much making the fight 10x harder, you have dps dying constantly because nightshade keeps blurring and changing targets and you completely gimp your melee dps by putting them on a mob with an ae slow aura.. much better to kill portio first.

Plus once Porthio is down the cat becomes much easier as it stops changing targets at Porthio's command. It becomes a very simple fight, just pin it and burn it down. Some guilds blur it at that stage, but we prefer to get our revenge in and kill it.
