Hellfire Club (CT, high end) looking for several shaman

Hellfire Club is a high end raiding guild on CT that raids 4 days a week (wed/fri 8pm - 11pm-12pm EST, sat/sun 1pm - 5pm-6pm EST), currently working on HoT raiding (T1-T3), and farming convorteum.
HFC works on an open-bid DKP system - we have a channel, loot drops, people bid for it in the channel.
pros:
extremely relaxed attendance requirements for a guild at our tier (far as i've seen of other guilds, anyways) - we do rolling 30 day attendance, 45% is required to bid on loot, and 60-70% won't get you yelled at as long as you're around when it counts.
moderately drama free guild - there's the usual spats that you're going to get in any guild, but not anything on a Dallas level.
cons:
CT isn't exactly a hopping server - it's not dead, but it's pretty middle-of-the-road population wise.
guild is pretty 'clique'ish, comprised of several sub-groups of friends who do things together. there's not an awful lot of general guild grouping going on... but i guess one of the upsides of being a healer is that never really matters, huh? (our healers always get groups - *grumble about you being lucky*)
our shaman roster feels quite anemic right now and we're wanting several additions to our raid lineup, so recruitment comes with punch and pie.
