4 boxing - unresolved issue I have

I 4 box, chanter, cleric, druid, sk. I run the cleric and druid on the same pc, the others all have a dedicated pc.

The issue I have is with auto-follow on the druid/cleric PC. Which ever screen(character) is in the background lags so bad it doesn't follow. How do you fix this?

I have the same issue, for me it is memory, or lack thereof I believe.. If you figure out how to fix this, let me know

The pc running the cleric/druid is a quad core over clocked to 3.2ghz, watercooled. 2 SLI 512meg video cards and 4gb SLI memory.

I used to have the same issue on my boxed toons on the same pc. I box 3 on 2 PCs. The box with the 2 toons is a quad core 3.2 gig with 4 gig ram and a nvidia 512Meg 8500 GT. Even that used to lag alot on the toon in the background, but ever since SOE added the framerate slider for the background window, I have had very few issues with lag on the background toon. I set the background framerate to 35 and it autofollows like a champ. Used to always get left behind due to the much lower framerate and fewer resources given to the background window. Try that and see if that will help. I belive that new slider bar is in options, display (somewhere in that tab).

Background slider did the trick. Autofollow works like a champ now for background toons.
