Based on your Magelo, I would say No, not at this time.

Based on my Stats right now what do suggest i do just keep pumping out aa to Combat reflexes and such? and then go for SC? or SC first. and just keep raiding to get better gear?

I'm not a shaman, but here is Trakanon information.

Trak hit appox 650~ double.
His AE is 1250~ Poison with DoT Effect
He is a Necromancer, he lifetaps.
He has 32,000 hitpoints.

You need to be able to survive that to kill him. Combat skilsl help alot, but your biggest issue right now I would say is lack of hitpoints.

To kill Trakanon: keep panther on your pet, keep your pet alive, and keep out of Trak's way.

Don't try to slow Trak; don't cast on Trak. You are the healer; dogdog is the tank and dps.

You'll want to buff your pet for max hp -- symbol oak brells and wunshi. You want haste and resists also.

From max range, keep Serenity going on your pet all the time, and add spot heals.

If you can make this work for about 6 minutes, you win; but one Trakanon Touch because you got too close and you are banished and you lose.

You can up your HP a bit by doing DoN missions and getting your 50/55 HP augs, those will help a bit too.

I think the update stamp is from the gear sync, not the background color/image stuff... but anyway, it's black for me, too.
