Stealth Nerf?

I did a search on the boards, but I didn't find any info....

So I have come back after a long hiatus, and I am checking out some old stomping grounds. I stop in Droga to check things out, and it looks like we are now in Droga v 3.0? I lived in Droga after the revamp, and I now the spawnpoints and ph's off the zone like the back of my hand, but I noticed all the spawns are screwy and the pathing has been completely changed. Most of the safe spots are gone now, many have 4-5 new trash spawns are making the area a new home. Has anyone else noticed this new "nerf"?
