There are two undead camps in Direwind that are good xp, not killer like Arcstone was before lvl 75, but decent. Boneyard is the easiest, and then there's the Ruined Druid Ring place with yellows so u have to be pretty solid to solo there.

All the golems should be single-pullable if you are patient enough to let them path away from the other mobs. For the gnolls, I just keep Shackles of Tunare up and do the good old root-parking thing. Should never have to deal with more than 2, and after you break the gnoll spawns, can even get single-pulls there.
