Returning after 3 years and i suck....advise?

recently came back after 3.5 years off and i picked my shaman back up and figured i'd try and solo a bit tonight, well i went to PoI and within 2 minutes of zoning in i was dead. I forget how to solo and where to solo and what spells to use in what order, all tactics are forgotten basically. So is there a guide for returning shamans anywhere that can help me remember what the heck is going on?

I tried to pull with slow then, put a disease dot on but i got 2 obsolete models and was dead in 30 seconds. Here's my current magelo http://eq.magelo.com/profile/1013046

Thanks for any help you can give me, i was just hoping for some little dumb things everyone takes for granted that i wouldnt rememeber about playing a shaman solo, and maybe some places i could possibly get equipment upgrades solo, but remember me playing a 55 now is like a real player playing a 45 lol, Thanks!

I picked PoI cuz i still remember it vaguely and it seemed about the right level. I forgot i could med on a mount, i have a mount, and i was looking at it wondering why i ever bought it, now i remember lol. Alright, so pull with resist debuff, then root, then DoT, when am i slowing? I'll have to look up what dots dont have the initial dd that break root, i remember that being a problem. Thanks for the help and sorry about my writing, its kinda all over the place but i really appreciate the input. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I just remembered, my pet got owned in about 6 seconds, but i just realized it wasn't my 55 pet, it was the one from before that, so that might explain why it was such a wimp
