Moloing T4 named ?

Greetings fellows,

Today I met a druid in Tosk who told me he could molo (solo with his tank merc) T named (he was alone at Tonk's spot). I want to know if this can also be done by a shamy. I 3-boxed Tonk many times, but that is not the same as alone...
Druid told me he was full T5, and that he could heal his tank for 20k while doing 20-40k nuke.

So any uber shamy tried that ?

I've done it with a monk, so I imagine a shaman could do it much easier.

Tonk stuns which was ROUGH. I had to use Epic Click, Mend, potion, 7th year vetran AA, Speed focus, Crystal Palm, scalefist, Heel of Kanji, and Defer death. I purple clubbed once during the fight but was when I was in defer death so I had a larger purple club range than usual. I also had full buffs.

Tier 5 merc was at about 10 percent mana when Tonk Died.

Update I tried Ulgren today in Tosk. Actually went very well until I had a fizle at a very bad time. Ended up getting him to 8% with just merc and pet. Only dps I could spare in between spamming heals was panther on both. I did have to use spirit channeling. May try Tonk next and see how that goes.
