The main, and biggest reason, deal with rk II's not bugging me is simply, save for a few spells, all spells are available to every class as soon as they hit a new level. There is 0 reason for rk II spells to exist if they were a cake walk to get. If we were given no rk I spells, I can see a problem, but everybody gets most to all of their rk 1's off a merchant for plat. If people want their rk II's, they will just have to explore the content, and hope they get lucky. Since rk II's arent a huge power shift from rk I, this isnt much of an issue, since all rk II will get people is the ability to use the spell for maybe a very slight difference in damage/heal/buff to mana ratio, or buffs being for just ever so slightly higher hp/ac. Rk II spells are just a nice surprise while exploring, they arent a required thing like enchanters having to have a lv 69 or 70 mez from greater or glowing rune to be able to do their cc job in rss back in omens. You might want to think of rk II spells as a nice surprise while you are exloring tss zones, because that is what they are. When you get one you can use, go YaY, mem it, and never notice the difference between it and rk I unless you pay close attention. Well, pardon, the rk II spells have that awesome RK II in the title =P
