With respect to HoD, I noticed that after I purchased the first level of Hand of Tranquility, it was healing for what HoD3 used to (so until it is fixed, I am using HoD hotkey, instead of the new hotkey).
On the topic of Armor of the Inquisitor, I will have to look again after the patch, but I'm certain that when I had it up, clicking 2.0 overwrote the effect.
As far as AU - yes, level one was poor, but level two seemed to up the damage nicely enough (previously my common high with champion was 14711, with AU2 I was seeing 154XX hits fairly common [with champion]). Not an enormous increase but worth the investment imo. I only got to level 74 by the time this morning's patch hit so I can't say how AU3 looks.

I'm not so worried about the lack of AC (seen a few good AC items) as much as the lack of mod2 items. Nothing I've seen so far has even carried an ATK bonus. Oh, wait, the newbie robe quest had FT2... though that's 30hp/mana gear so...

Vanquish Undead 3: Max hit 13971 with epic2 and champion @ L71
Annihilate Undead 3: Max hit 15855 with epic2 and champion @ L75
I don't think all of it could be attributed to moving to a higher damage table. Also not sure if the slay rate is changed, but it's gonna take a lot of parsing to figure out exactly. Slay rates are far too subjective to determine just by eye sight. Numbers are without damage augs btw.
