Can only go by what was in Beta, and what has been seen so far.
Burial Rights is TBS level 71 obtained at Indiferent Faction Rk 2 costs 150 Orux in Katta
Armor of Righteousness is TBS Level 73 Disc obtained at Kindly Faction costs 250 Orux in Katta
Force of Prexus is TBS Level 75 obtained at Ally Faction costs xxx Orux in Katta (unknown to me only Warmly Faction atm)
All 3 are useful the trigger on Burial is a nice dps upgrade for a raid in FC
AoR is usefull /needed for tanking the Nameds in Solteris Progression Missions
FoP will be usefull as Hate generation is still going up across the board.
I agree an upgrade to WoT or even Valor of Marr would have been nice and would like to think both will be looked at in next big Expn.
Regards
Gena

Sorry, but I look at that as a rather elitist view. First off, how do you know it is only a very small subset of people who need the new stun? Also, why do you think the paladins should group with people who are their gear level. You are forgetting a small thing, that thing being the fact that tanks are harder to gear than pretty much any other class.
As for the 2 stun thing folks, be realistic. Today's eq is feel good eq, meaning people want to dish out the dps without worrying. If a tank keeps letting dps take aggro just by doing their job, and letting them retain that aggro because they won't mem a third stun, then that tank won't be invited by those dps anymore. Two stuns and challenge may work for your guild groups, but alot of people in eq group with more than just their guild.
Basically what some of you are saying is nobody in time gear should tank for a dpob geared group because their gear is behind. But what if that tank is the only one the dpob geared group can get, and he is tough enough to handle the content they want to do because he has alot of the best 6 man stuff, including augs? What if he decides to mem 2 stuns and challenge, and those dpob dps take aggro in a zone that actually hurts them to get aggro? That tank may of just missed out on, oh, the 31 ac, 280 hp paladin ear from ashengate for example, because that group won't come near him anymore, and you can bet he was getting ripped on in the dpob guilds guild chat, so the other people in that guild will avoid him to. Just to be hypothetical, lets also say he might of missed out on a guild opportunity where the dpob folks would of said he should app because he is a good pally, and instead avoid him because he is not willing to do his job and hold aggro against high end dps.
It is a very simple situation, dps just keeps going up and up, every new expansion, and giving paladins this new stun now prevents any problems for non high end raiding paladins for quite a while, and keeps high end paladins sitting pretty for a shorter while.
Just to let you know, I don't condone using 3 stuns as the paladin way, I condone it as its the only reliable way for us to do our job. I would be all for adding 2.5 to 3 times the aggro on one stun that refreshes in 6 seconds, and using challenge with it, but that wont happen.

I can hold agro with 2 stuns just fine on a single target in almost any controlled situation. The problem exists when there are adds. I used 2 stuns + challenge for a little bit when TSS came out, but the 1st time an add came and both stuns were down, I tried using Challenge to tag the add and it didn't do jack shit. I sat there pounding on the add and mashing taunt while I watched my cleric get clobbered until the stuns refreshed. I can tell you this... I will never be caught with my pants down like that ever again, and I will always have 3 stuns up until the very day we get a faster recast agro tool.
That said, I don't want an AE agro spell. I haven't needed one yet with 3 stuns loaded. What I want is a single target agro tool with a fast refresh that will free up a spell gem for Challenge. I don't care what kind of spell it is, as long as it has a 6.0 second or less refresh and appropriate instant agro.
I'm not buying the notion that lower geared paladins need this 2nd ancient line stun (FoP). There is simply no preceedence for this at all. The previous 2 ancients were strictly designed for and aquired by high level top end raiders that made trivial content even more trivial for them, while doing absolutley nothing in the zones in which they were aquired. Lower tier paladins have NEVER had two 4.0 second stuns capped at max PC level in the history of EQ. Now all of a sudden, for some odd reason, the only defense for FoP is that the lower tiered paladins need it....thats poppycock.

I use challenge all the time I like the spell.
I open up with a HOD cause its a quick cast then challenge and then a sacred.
Rinse repeat.
I really dont understand why the Pallies in beta would push for a stun to renerate hate when WE JUST GOT A NEW HATE GENERATING SPELL.
Pushing for a spell to make one that we just got questionable to mem is LOL.
Here is an idea why not push to have Challenge improved??
Seems like you all need to stop comparing our class to other classes if your gonna take the time to do beta.
Fighting among yourselves is childish and isnt helping the class as a whole.
That is why I really have no desire to join beta.
Because like Ashremx <props for backing me> I am a PvP pally and would just agrue endlessly with you cause I am thinking of how spells and abilities would effect PvP not PvE.
Flame all you want how PvP is worthless blah blah but I have no idea why you guys would just wanna fight mobs all day.
Part of the fun factor is fighting players for zone control etc.
I would have quit EQ long ago if all I fought was stupid mobs all day.
