Posted: Thu Jul 26, 2007 10:38 amI use the level 70 heal and burst, and don't regret it, never run oom and haven't gotten any deaths.
35 mana regen is huge for us, plus having a clicky up you some more

Yes, the healing amount does matter because over healing is useless. The bonus to my style is I no longer have to worry about either of my group heals fizzling, which also saves a considerable amount of mana.
