They had some odd explaination about how it works, and It seemed like they were unaware that roots randomly break for no apparant reason....which kinda boggled me.
This shouldn't surprise you at all. It's just another sign...in a long long list of signs...that they really don't understand the very game they develop. Which is oh so sad.

That's fine though, really. Both SKs and Paladins generate sufficient aggro to easily keep a mob on them as long as no-one else is actively going all-out trying specifically to steal aggro. That's waaaaaaaay more important to me than worrying about whether I can beat a SK in an aggro race. As long as I can easily stay ahead of a DPS class who is going all out on DPS, that's fine by me.
