Was walking through west freeport on my way to sverag and as usual the army of Lucan's guards was chasing me, out of nowhere this crazy pimp named Chino punched me in the head with some brass knuckles.

I wish it was a bug.
Was first mentioned here in the thread above, this guy should not be in the game like this. I love how they make us have to be hated in a city that we also have to go to for various reasons and might come across a mob that hits for 94k.
Would be sweet if a chanter could dire charm this bastard though.
