The shade popped, but it wouldn't let me loot the shard. I had the soulstone and the coterie shard on me.
Any thoughts? I'm fairly sure I've done all the hails. I've done everything on allakhazam's write-up up until the Shade raid. The only part of reiya's soulstone I've done is loot the 4 ingredients that Lovine wants. I never talked to her.
I'm pretty baffled. The only other thing I can think of is that earlier I did try to solo the event and was therefore not in a raid. Could i be permanently bugged?
