Type 4 +Damage Augments?

I'd like to put an increased damage augment in the Type 4 slot on my epic, but I have not been able to find one. I have a in the Type 8 slot and all the +damage augs I've seen are either Type 8, 9, or 6. None of the search engines I've tried allow searching for a +damage aug. Do Type 4 +damage augs even exist? If so, what are they called and where can I find one?

there's +3 fire dmg and 225dd fire proc on The Unspeakable's drop table (grp mob in Ashengate) - that's it

I love the on . The 2nd augment is 1h weapon only. One could filter that out as well.

The first link up there shows the only known slot 4 damage aug.
has lots of info for slot 8.

I need to refine the augrestricts a bit better. Will do that later.
