I like beni spell haste for group heals, i like beni duration for more hot ticks, I like mana pres, I like magic focus for undead nukes... it really depends on your play style and who foci you can obtain.

Bene Duration = More WoT timer $$$
Bene Spell Haste for heals and such
Magic Focus (ie Demi Gloves) for undead nukes
Healing Focus comes with 2.0 so i woulnt stress that one too much
