However "blade of disruption" is a nice weapon, I think it was like despair. The easily groupable weapon that they considered a mistake as being too good and too easy for its time.
There was a slightly better weapon from DoD. . However this would likely take a group not just your three toons.
There was also an upgrade from Ashengate (which is signifigantly harder).
Finally with ally katta faction and orum you can buy an upgrade.

The is also in Dreadspire Keep which isn't half bad. Probably unlikely with the duo but easy for 1 group

Well when you say Time geared do you mean you have Hopebringer? if so then you're set for a weapon for quite a bit, it needs updating but on the drop down for EQ Pally - Gear - One Handed Weapons is a nice list, you'll note Hopebringer is 7th with all the betters being raid drops.
If however you never got that to drop depending on what you do have you could consider doing some DoN missions to obtain the 340 weapons, or
