The Spirit Realm

I heard of a quest that came out to introduce TBS. All the undead wandering various zones now drop the quest parts for it.
The result was I heard a 10% undead only slow that had a recast time of about an hour, which translates, to me at least to useless.

My interest was also pricked briefly by the quest for a trap that mezzed undead who walked through it. Unfortunately although the description didnt mention a level cap, it didnt work in Frostcrypt, now that would have been really handy.

The clicky undead slow item is a . The recast time is 5 minutes (not an hour), it's a 10% slow, and it lasts 6 ticks (36 seconds). So yeah, not especially useful, but it's also pretty easy to get.

Its useful enough for negating any haste on the mobs that might be there.

This could be useful to pull with when soloing. Especially if you suspect the mob may be hasted. Obviously would not be available to pull every mob, but I would use it if I had it. Might have to get one...
