Fabled raid loot versus SoD t5 group gear

Im considering to try and do some of the pop fabled gods/minis but im not really sure if its worth it.

the idea would be to replace items like this

The advantage would of course be higher ac and better tanking mods (shielding / avoidance) wich would allow me to replace some of my avoid/shield augs with pure ac augs generating even more ac.
The disadvantage would be to (in this case) lose usefull heroics and perhaps some focus effects and alot of hp mana + gan unbalanced stats / saves (that actually matters in group gear)
I would like to hear some opinions about it (and sugestions about other fabled gear who is worth it), i am confident i would be able to do those mobs with a few friends.

Just from a raw HP vs AC standpoint. I don't see 17ac matching up to the 300hp loss you would take to go with the fabled. Top that off with the other disadvantages you listed (heroics and focus effect) maybe the T5 ring would be the better choice.

Whats your shielding/avoid right now?

When i get my last 2 pieces of SoD gear i will have 26 % shielding and 100 avoidance.

25 avoidance and 1 % shielding come from augs (the SoF quest aug (face)(5), dain aug(15), and shield of otherworld(1,5)).
